Prices vary based on size, complexity, and materials. Please reach out for a personalised quote.

Commission Instructions
To initiate your custom order, please fill out the Commission Request Form below. Include details about your desired design, size, and any color preferences. You can also attach reference images to help me understand your vision.

Timing
Creation time varies depending on the complexity of the piece, most orders are completed within 3-4 weeks. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

Size
Custom pieces can range in size from small panels (approximately 8” x 8”) to larger installations. Let me know your requirements, and I’ll work with you to create the dream piece.

Custom Pet Portraits

Are you looking for a special way to honour and celebrate your pet? A custom stained glass portrait is a beautiful way to capture their essence and create a lasting memory.

Commission Instructions
In addition to submitting a Commission Request Form, please email at least 3 high-quality images of your pet (facing forward unless you would like the piece to be facing different way) to marta@solglassworks.co

This piece takes approximately 1-2 weeks to create, but please let me know if you need it for a specific date.

Commission Request Form

Use this form to place a commission request for a piece from Sol Glass Works. Shortly after your request is submitted, Sol Glass Works will respond to ensure your commission details are in order, confirm the delivery timeline of your piece, and inform you of payment instructions.

Customisation

Pet's Name (for pet portraits only)

If you're commissioning a pet portrait, please also remember to send a separate email to marta@solglasssworks.co with high quality image(s) of your pet facing forward (unless you'd like the portrait to be facing another direction).

Size(s) (for window and door panels only)

If you're commissioning a door or window panel, please list the sizes required here and also remember to send a separate email to marta@solglassworks.co with reference images.

Need-By Date

The desired date by which you'd like to have this piece delivered. Please note that estimated completion timeline is 2-3 weeks but if your need-by date is sooner, Sol Glass Works will prioritise your commission if possible.
